Everything was at the highest possible level, every detail, every service. Excellent breakfast. Always smiling staff who are always there when you need them. The complex of the hotel with all its passages and elevators. Beautiful rooms surrounded by greenery that provide you with a wonderful dream. Until now, I have never had a problem writing a few words about my hotel stays, but this time it is really difficult for me to find the words to describe the excellence that this hotel provides together with the staff.

I had an incredible stay at Kwetu Nairobi. The hotel, the food, and the whole vibe were simply amazing. Everything felt effortless and perfectly taken care of. One of the highlights was definitely the Mediterranean food — fresh, flavorful, and truly some of the best i've ever had. A special thank you to Grace, Janet, Bill, Frida, Patrick, Jasinta, Colins, Elizabeth, John, Naftaly, Florence and Charles— You all made my stay unforgettable. Your warmth, professionalism, and kindness turned a great experience into an exceptional one. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is beautiful 💜💕, staff are awesome and generally the place is worth the stay. Overall my stay was good. Just one hiccup that I've highlighted on the next section. Ps. They upgraded my room Coz it was my birthday. That was kind. They are also very responsive on this app.. Some. Hotels take a while.

Staying at Kwetu was an absolute treat! From the first day to the very last day there, the staff were attentive, hospitable and professional. Kwetu is a stunning place but even better was the food, safety and ambience! It was our first time in Nairobi and I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else.

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

A gem of a place. I've been before and will be coming back again. They have incredible customer service from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The facilities are amazing and it's so great being a stone throw away from Karura Forest. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property amidst greenery, with an amazing pool area and gorgeous restaurants with interesting food choices. The gym is first-class, with the latest hitech equipment, including specialised gear like TRX. some of the best hotel staff I have ever met, in all departments from housekeeping to the concierges.
