Excelent ambience and cleanliness of the entire facility. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was good from the check-in process, dining and evening at Upepo bar

The hotel itself appears impressive at first glance, but don't let that fool you—it's a construction zone. The costs are exorbitant, the facility is underprepared to handle guests, and the only silver lining—the courteous restaurant staff—is hardly enough to save the overall bleak experience. Avoid, unless you're interested in a night of no sleep, inhaling paint fumes, and endless frustration.
